Other Policies

At Cricketqube Initiative CIC, we’re committed to running safe, inclusive and transparent programmes for people of all ages and abilities.

Below is a summary of our key policies that guide our work with children, families, care homes and community partners.

Full versions of these policies are available on request — please email hello@cricketqube.com.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Policy

Cricketqube celebrates diversity and works to make cricket accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, ability, ethnicity, or background. We promote fairness, respect and inclusion across all our sessions and partnerships, and we continually review how we can remove barriers to participation.

Health & Safety Policy

We have a robust Health & Safety policy to ensure all participants, staff and volunteers are safe during our activities. Risk assessments are carried out for every venue and session, with adapted equipment and procedures in place for low-mobility and dementia-friendly environments. Our staff are first aid trained and supported with regular safety reviews.

Complaints & Feedback Policy

We value feedback and are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Our complaints policy explains how you can raise an issue and what steps we’ll take to investigate and respond.
You can email hello@cricketqube.com with the subject line “Complaint” to reach the right team directly.
